In my family law practice, I handle all matters arising out of a divorce, including child custody and visitation disputes, support issues and disagreements regarding the division of marital assets. Where one or both parties bring substantial assets or net worth into a marriage, a pre-nup or post-nup often resolves financial issues and allows the parties to focus on the relationship.

For estate planning needs I advise clients who want to plan for the transfer of asset upon death. I review and prepare the necessary estate planning tools, including wills, to help clients set up the orderly distribution of their estates.
